Cocina amplia totalmente equipada a compartir con dos personas más. Baño completo a compartir con una persona más. La casa dispone de patio y terraza soleada. Se encuentra en la urbanización Villa Hilaria, una zona tranquila a 10 minutos a pie del Campus de Guajara y del tranvía, y a tres minutos de la parada de autobús.

El alquiler de la habitación es de 190 € al mes, los gastos de limpieza (actualmente 20 €), la luz y el agua (aprox. 20€/mes), e internet no están incluidos en el alquiler. Un mes de fianza.
Hablamos también alemán, inglés, francés y portugués.

Full bathroom to share with another person. The house has a curt and a sunny terrace. It is located in “urbanización Villa Hilaria”, a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the “Campus de Guajara” (University) and the tram, and three minutes from the bus stop.

The rental of the rool is 190 € per month, the cleaning (currently 20€), electricity and water (more or less 20€/month), and Internet are not included in the rent. One month deposit.
